Shipping Policy
At Arbitrary Aesthetics, we are committed to providing transparent and efficient shipping for all purchases. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy to ensure you are well-informed about our processes.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Finland. Currently our orders are shipped by Posti Oy / Posti Jakelu Oy through their shipping network with fast deliveries especially in the Nordic and Baltic countries, but also EU and the rest of the world.
Processing Time
We have a small stock of products which should cover most of our orders. However if the product is out of stock, the production time typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the complexity of the design. You will be notified if your order will be delayed because of production and in this case cancellations will be issued a full refund.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and moved to the shipping phase including a production time estimate if needed. Processing each order typically takes 1-3 business days.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist if further support is required.
